1. ACCOUNTS

1.1. When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2. CONTENT

2.1. Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

3. PAYMENTS AND REVENUE SHARING

3.1. For each successfully completed collaboration funded through the platform, Coollaab operates on a clear revenue sharing model. From the total payment made by a Brand for a collaboration, the Influencer will receive 80% of the agreed-upon amount.

3.2. The remaining 20% is retained by Coollaab as a platform commission fee. By using the platform for paid collaborations, both Brands and Influencers agree to this fee structure. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Coollaab and its licensors.

5. TERMINATION

5.1. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. In no event shall Coollaab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. GOVERNING LAW

7.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. CHANGES

8.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
